At Syrup® Cosmetics, we want you to glow with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package with Care

Place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
